Special Menu Requests
The menu items listed herein are suggestions. We will be happy to customize a menu to fit your specific needs and budget. Adjustments to the menu can also be made to accommodate special dietary needs.
A minimum delivery charge of $25 may be assessed to the final bill. There may be an additional fee for those wishing to have food set-up at the event.
All food is packaged in metal catering trays, designed to fit standard chaffing dishes. Chaffing dishes, sternos and serving utensils are available for use at an additional charge.
Servers and bartenders are available for an additional charge. There is an minimum of 3 hours per server.
Payment for Services
A 50% deposit is required at the time of the food reservation. The remaining balance for your order is due 2 days prior to the event. VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted for deposits and payments.
A cancellation fee will be charged for orders cancelled within 48 hours of the event. This is based on food and labor costs incurred at the time of cancellation.
